This role is responsible in overseeing the company’s recruitment process in its entirety. This includes designing and modifying recruiting procedures, recording recruitment metrics, supervising the recruitment team, and monitoring the recruitment team’s performance. Their goal is always to make the company’s recruitment process as efficient and effective as possible.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- With at least 6 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
