Trace/Customer Service Agent
- Directly communicates with client’s concerns and expectations.
- Monitor delivery of shipment until fulfillment. Coordinates with internal and external audit team.
- Assists in trace / investigation for any non-service performance.
- Communicates with shipper/consignee regarding shipping matters.
- Coordinates with agents regarding information of pick-up activities such as shipper, address, and other pertinent shipping instructions.
- Ensures agent’s timely pick-up prior closing time
- Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business studies /Administration /Management or equivalent.
- With working experience (in the related field) is required for this position.
- Must be computer literate
