HR Assistant-Recruitment
Job Description:
The HR Assistant for Recruitment is responsible in providing support to the recruitment team. This includes coordination of hiring activities through onboarding of new hires, assistance in resume screening and in the initial phone interviews, performs a background check, and monitoring of pre-employment to off-boarding requirements
- Prepares and posts job ads
- Assists in resume screening and in the initial phone interview
- Performs a background check
- Monitors pre-employment requirements
- Assists with new hire’s onboarding
- Documents accurately the new hire’s details in the barcode and HRIS
- Coordinates with the manpower agency(from requests to replacement)
- Provides necessary documents to offboarding employees
- Performs other tasks as directed by the immediate superior, provided that the personnel has been trained for these tasks.
Qualifications:
- With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource, or equivalent courses
- With effective HR administration and people management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attentive to details, organized, and with time management skills
- Must be computer literate, and with knowledge in Microsoft Office
