Job Description:

The IT Infrastructure Supervisor is responsible for the design of the company’s IT infrastructure and manages the installation and maintenance of IT network, security, and IT infrastructure personnel. He/she will support services or infrastructure that enables the delivery of customer-facing IT infrastructure services. He/she will be in charge of managing the IT infrastructure team, an establish direct strategic direction, define and meet KPIs, monitor and create reports for IT Infrastructure and IT Infra Team. He/ she handles requirements for vendor management.

 

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Computer Engineering or Computer Science
• Must have IT Infrastructure management experience or supervisory level
• Competent in IT Infrastructure plans, design, implementations, and infrastructure evaluations
• With good decision making skills
