HR Assistant-Recruitment

Job Description:

The HR Assistant for Recruitment is responsible in providing support to the recruitment team. This includes coordination of hiring activities through onboarding of new hires, assistance in resume screening and in the initial phone interviews, performs a background check, and monitoring of pre-employment to off-boarding requirements

  • Prepares and posts job ads

HR Assistant-Employee Relation & Training

Job Description:

The HR Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support in the areas of employee relations, and learning and development. He/ she will also assist in HR administrative and clerical tasks such as HRIS management and follow-up documents.

  • Handles Employee Relations-Receives incident report from different business units
    • Coordinates with the Legal Officer in preparation of the Notice to Explain
    • Monitors the issued NTE and ensures receipt by the employee
    • Arranges an administrative hearing and documents the minutes of the meeting.
    • Creates notice of decision and documentation
    • Monitors/keeps the offense record

IT Infrastructure Supervisor

Job Description:

The IT Infrastructure Supervisor is responsible for the design of the company’s IT infrastructure and manages the installation and maintenance of IT network, security, and IT infrastructure personnel. He/she will support services or infrastructure that enables the delivery of customer-facing IT infrastructure services. He/she will be in charge of managing the IT infrastructure team, an establish direct strategic direction, define and meet KPIs, monitor and create reports for IT Infrastructure and IT Infra Team. He/ she handles requirements for vendor management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Computer Engineering or Computer Science
  • Must have IT Infrastructure management experience or supervisory level

Junior Programmer

Job Description:

The Junior Programmer is responsible for creating and modifying computer programs by converting project requirements into code and implementing company systems. He/ she is responsible in systems development and implementation.

  • Systems Development

    • Codes, updates, and maintains computer programs preferably to design and build advanced applications for the Android platform or Progressive Apps.
    • Works with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
    • Works with outside data sources and APIs and unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
    • Works on bug fixing and improves application performance
    • Continuously discovers, evaluates, and implements new technologies to maximize development efficiency
    • Compiles and writes documentation of program development and subsequent revisions, inserting comments in the coded instructions so others can understand the program

     

  • Systems Implementation

    • Conducts trial runs of programs and software applications to be sure they will produce the desired information and that the instructions are correct
    • Ensures operation of equipment by following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshoots malfunctions; calls for repairs; evaluates new equipment and techniques

Qualifications:

System Implementation Analyst

Job Description:

The System Implementation Analyst ensures that services and systems are delivered to internal and external clients on time, and are designed to meet the clients’ needs. He/she will provide user support to resolve issues with computer programs and systems. In this role, he/she may focus on a specific aspect of the MIS Department, such as applications support. He/she will examine issues with IT software, systems, and equipment, and develops/ deploys solutions.

  • UI/QX Design Support–Gathers and evaluates user requirements in collaboration with systems programmers; Illustrates design ideas using process flows and sitemaps; Designs graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets; Develops UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and what they look like; Prepares and presents rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders; Identifies and troubleshoots UX problems (e.g. responsiveness); Conducts layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Develops IT Documents-Creates, edits, and distributes IT-related documents and manuals, which includes FAQ documents that cover common errors and known issues; Provides guidance on resolving known issues, as well as help sheets that are used by personnel across the organization; Maintains IT documents containing procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or Computer Science, or an equivalent degree.
  • With a minimum of one year of full-time work experience in information technology, system analysis and implementation, and UI/UX design experience is required.
  • Must have organizational skills to ensure that all tasks assigned are completed on schedule, good problem-solving skills to determine how to configure systems based on clients’ needs, and time management skills to deliver systems to clients on time.
  • Preferably with experience in SAP Application.

Customer Service Agent

Job Description:

The Customer Service Agent is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring of house accounts, as well as attending to all client inquiries. He/ she coordinates with operations regarding rates and service capability, and prepares quotations and reports.

  • Attends to customer inquiries regarding rates, loading schedule, shipment status, routing and receives updates in a timely manner

On-Dock Courier

Job Description:

The On-Dock Courier is responsible for pick-up and delivery of items entrusted by the client/s, auditing Airway Bills and other necessary shipping documents, checking inventory of FedEx supplies and other consumables, and preparing necessary reports as required by the company.

  • Responsible in handling in-station activities
  • Handles inventory of revenue supplies and forms required for on-the-road activities
  • Secures Ppad, Astra Printer, and ID Badge
  • Plans the delivery route depending on the package load and pick-up requests
  • Handles inbound activities
  • Performs van scans on all incoming cargo
  • Sorts and loads packages into the trucks according to the delivery route, using the prescribed methods
  • Delivers cargo and performs any applicable scans at the customer’s location
  • For delivery exemptions, he/ she prepares an exemption label and returns it to the cargo station
  • Accepts payment of duties and taxes from the consignees and issues Original Receipt/Acknowledgment Receipt, if applicable
  • Handles outbound activities
  • Performs pick-up activities
  • Audits Airway bills, necessary shipping documents, and packages’ completeness upon pick-up
  • Examines the condition of packages, as well as labels and markings
