Business Development Manager – CLARK OFFICE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Business Development Manager creates and implements sales strategies while analyzing market trends to adapt. Key responsibilities include building client relationships for repeat business, identifying new opportunities, managing accounts, and resolving issues. He/she also coordinates with internal teams to improve service delivery, recommends services to boost client satisfaction and revenue, and oversees Business Development Support Officers for policy compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of any four-year business course (preferably Marketing)
- With a minimum of five years of experience in international freight forwarding with management capacity
- With comprehensive market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers, overall environment)
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- With good communication and presentation skills (oral and written), and must have a pleasing personality
