Station Agent – PARAÑAQUE OFFICE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Station Agent is tasked with accepting Delivery Exemptions (DEX) and pick-up exemptions from the couriers. He/she must ensure proper monitoring and caging of returned shipments. The agent is also responsible for preparing and overseeing the monitoring of RTS shipments, including managing, scanning, and manifesting activities. Additionally, he/she should prepare scorecards and other relevant reports as needed for XSOA-TNT activities and planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree
• With a minimum of one year experience working in customer support.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
