Account Management Officer
Job Description
- Grows existing customers and identifies potential customers for the Business Unit
- Plans and executes regular maintenance and business development to customers
- Maintains and regularly updates customer information
- Understands all aspects of customers’ business needs, network within customer’s organization to explore customers’ needs and business development opportunities
- Promotes suitable products/solutions and develops solutions for customers involving business units
- Works with other business units in Airspeed, such as ground operations, cargo operations, etc., to ensure proper service delivery to customers
Qualifications
- Graduate of any four (4) year business-related course
- With a minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, account management or sales in international Freight forwarding, Logistics, Courier, or similar service industry.
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook), Google Suite, and other IT applications.
- Good communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
