Account Management Officer

Job Description

  • Grows existing customers and identifies potential customers for the Business Unit
  • Plans and executes regular maintenance and business development to customers
  • Maintains and regularly updates customer information
  • Understands all aspects of customers’ business needs, network within customer’s organization to explore customers’ needs and business development opportunities
  • Promotes suitable products/solutions and develops solutions for customers involving business units
  • Works with other business units in Airspeed, such as ground operations, cargo operations, etc., to ensure proper service delivery to customers

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any four (4) year business-related course
  • With a minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, account management or sales in international Freight forwarding, Logistics, Courier, or similar service industry.
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook), Google Suite, and other IT applications.
  • Good communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
