Account Management Officer
Job Description
Grows existing customers and identifies potential customers for the Business Unit
Plans and executes regular maintenance and business development to customers
Maintains and regularly updates customer information
Understands all aspects of customers’ business needs, network within customer’s organization to explore customers’ needs and business development opportunities
Promotes suitable products/solutions and develops solutions for customers involving business units
Works with other business units in Airspeed, such as ground operations, cargo operations, etc., to ensure proper service delivery to customers
Qualifications
Graduate of any four (4) year business-related course
With a minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service, account management or sales in international Freight forwarding, Logistics, Courier, or similar service industry.
Knowledgeable in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook), Google Suite, and other IT applications.
Good communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
