Job Description

• Reports on time in the office on the prescribed scheduled
• Prepares all necessary items needed before starting the day – Airwaybills, Pickup forms, etc.
• Ensures proper grooming
• Practices safe acts while on duty – Proper form of lifting, use of lifting or carrying devices, etc.
• For delivery, ensures proper checking of items for quantity and quality before loading items in warehouse, and acquiring name and signature of consignee
• For pickup, ensures proper checking of items for quantity and quality, measuring and weighing, filling up of AWB details completely, and acquiring name and signature of shipper

Qualifications

• Must possess minimum College level in any field
• Proven work experience of at least 1 -2 years in Logistics Industry, preferably in Transport and Distribution
• Knowledgeable about precautions needed to protect those in transport and warehouse from injuries and oversee strict adherence to all safety measure
• Must be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
• Must possess strong critical thinking, coordination and problem-solving
