E-commerce Specialist

Job Description

  • Update listing content, product and pricing across these platforms
  • Monitor for any changes in merchant and product listings
  • Internally manage customer reviews and handle negative feedback from various soc-med channels
  • Communicate customer returns, cancellations and replacements internally
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion rate
  • Collaborating with other business unit for order fulfillment. (booking of pick-up and deliveries)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing (preferred)
  • Experience managing digital product inventory.
  • Experience using web analytics and optimization tools.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Communication skills
