E-commerce Specialist
Job Description
- Update listing content, product and pricing across these platforms
- Monitor for any changes in merchant and product listings
- Internally manage customer reviews and handle negative feedback from various soc-med channels
- Communicate customer returns, cancellations and replacements internally
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve customer experience and conversion rate
- Collaborating with other business unit for order fulfillment. (booking of pick-up and deliveries)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing (preferred)
- Experience managing digital product inventory.
- Experience using web analytics and optimization tools.
- Analytical skills.
- Communication skills
