Network Manager
Job Description
- Quarterly update of Agent’s profile, local permit, office size, fleet size and manpower
- Update and safe keep the recent delivery rates of each Agent
- Manage and maintain harmony within the team. Ensure performance evaluation and conducted regularly to improve team’s skills, competencies and talent.
- Review and evaluate all cost and expenses, ensure all are within the set budget.
- Develop and establish operational procedures and guidelines to achieve operational excellence.
- Ensure that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding delivery.
- Provides accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery.
- Recommends methods of improvement and sees that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades.
- Maintains high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of command of documentation, procedures and rules for Network Operations.
- Customer centric approach in doing things
- Resourcefulness to get things done in a high paced environment.
- Meticulous and detail oriented to drive accountability through operations
- Willingness to work extra-long shifts specially during peak season.
- Highly self-motivated and results oriented, with the ability to manage and measure operational performances.
- Excellent communication , interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
