Warehouse Manager

Job Description

Business Improvement
  • Plan, develop, implement and recommend policies concerning staff and work standard improvements
  • Create and establish cost, selling and better solution/business model to account to enhance operations/strategies to increase revenue
  • Develop new business for existing account
  • Support program manager in managing and controlling accounts financial and budget activities in order to fund operations, maximize investments and increase efficiency
  • Ensures personnel are trained, developed, and mentored to fulfill warehousing responsibilities
  • Train employees in work, safety procedures and company policies, evaluate performance of team members and provide coaching to improve and develop skills needed in the job
Operations Management
  • Responsible in managing ang controlling the over-all total supply chain activities of multiple contracts and ensure delivery of service levels in compliance with company and customer requirements
  • Manage the activities of accounts being handled and monitor performance in conformance with company policies and recommend or implement personnel action/s when applicable
  • Evaluate, reallocate resources, monitor and regulate team member’s performance and workload and provide assistance where and when necessary to resolve to ensure optimal efficiancy
  • Resolve customer and work issues or problems within own level of authority and communicate or escalate with concerned parties when necessary to resolve and expedite actions
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports required by the management and work standard
  • Monitor proper filing and updating and maintenance of all company records and documents
